David Broome is an Executive Director at VMA Group, the UK’s largest specialist communications recruiter. He established its Internal Communications Practice in 2002 which has since developed into the largest specialist recruitment team of its kind dedicated to the internal communications profession. With over 12 years’ communications recruitment experience, David continues to specialise in the appointment of senior internal communications professionals internationally. He joined VMA Group in 2000 from a London based executive search firm and in addition to recruitment, leads regular industry forums for senior internal communicators as part of VMA Group’s strategy to community build within the communications profession.
